Because they squeeze the yuzu with the skin left on, this sake is not heavily sweet at all, but rather have elegant tartness. The sake has a junmai sake base, using Ginpu rice from Hokkaido, which is clear and has a nice aroma. This amazing combination is what makes this sake very special. Enjoy this chilled!
