The sake on the photo is from Kochi prefecture, a small island in shikoku region of Japan. This sake is super easy to drink, and you can enjoy them cold or hot. It enters sweet but finishes dry, so you can enjoy various pairing with this sake. And the sakeware here is a selected tall sake cup created by a seasoned potter in Japan with a special grazing technique. This cup is also good for beer and shochu.
