Description
Oka Kura Sweet Japanese Bermutto is a unique Japanese vermouth-style aperitivo made by the Tsutsumi Distillery in Kumamoto Prefecture. It uses a Junmai sake base, fortified with 100% rice-based shochu, and incorporates Japanese botanicals like yomogi (Japanese mugwort), yuzu, kabosu, sansho peppercorn, and ume (Japanese green plum). The drink is sweetened with Okinawan raw cane sugar
