Description

Seiryo Shuzo is located on Shikoku Island in Ehime prefecture, a mountainous area that also faces the sea. The brewery is run by only five staff, including the brewmaster! Their motto is “sake is crafted using dreams and heart,” and they seek to put smiles on the faces of everyone who drinks their sake.
