Description
ARABASHIRI – means “First Run”. It’s that sake that comes through the pressing machine under its own weight before the actual pressing starts. As you can tell, they are super limited in its production per season, so quite obviously, we are EXTREMELY excited to be able to bring this special Sake to you, again this year!
The sake is fresh, full body, and vibrant. It has beautiful velvety texture with full of sweet fruit notes. It will finish clean with tiny bit of a dryness!
