Koimari Sake Brewery has a history of over 100 years. All sake rice used at the brewery is carefully washed 10-15 kg at a time in seconds.For brewing, Ryumon soft water is used for slow and low-temperature fermentation. Their sake is elegant and traditional, made with a legacy of expertise and passion passed down for generations. This “Tropical Junmai” has tropical notes of pineapple and mango with a very juicy texture, balanced acidity and clean finish. Enjoy this sake by itself, chilled, on the rocks, or in a cocktail.
