Description

This bottle was filled with the charms of Kagawa Prefecture! Olive is the prefectural tree of Kagawa. Using Sanuki olive yeast and Kagawa-grown sake rice, this sake is produced using an integrated production process that blends in with the warm climate of the Seto Inland Sea. This sake is characterized by a light body, possibly the closest sake to white wine. It is easy to drink, even for beginners, and goes well with Western cuisine. Suggested to have with salad with carrot ginger dressing, coconut crab curry, or spring pea and mint gazpacho.
