This Sake is a gentle, expressive, aromatic cross between the Junmai and Ginjo Sakes.  With its distinctive taste of cedar, grass and citrus, on the nose, may be touch of cream cheese and green apple, this sake has balanced sweetness and also some tanning.   The unique finish of this sake will make you go for second sip soon.   “Genji” delivers a crisp and refreshing “cold sake” experience.　Silver Award, Junmai category, 2015 U.S. National Sake Appraisal.
