Description

This Junmai Ginjo sake has won numerous awards and is produced by fermenting polished Hyogo rice, considered by some the best sake rice producing region of Japan. The bouquet is reminiscent of apricot and features a smooth rice umami flavor. It is medium dry, best served cold (but not over ice), and pairs great with meat, seafood, and even fruit!
