Every Even-Numbered Months (February, April, June, August, October, December)  you’ll receive a curated sake experience, with bottles handpicked by sake makers, sommeliers, chefs, experts, and wonderful friends of DC Sake cō, from D.C. and across the country.

Each selection carries a favorite memory, a special moment, or a story close to their heart, because at the core of this subscription is sake itself, and the personal stories behind every bottle.

You’ll also get a glimpse into how they love to enjoy these sakes — from their favorite serving styles to the special occasions they pair them with. I hope that every delivery feels like more than just discovering new sakes — I hope it feels like meeting new friends along the way.

Important Things to Know About Your cō-Sip Sake Subscription

• Delivery Schedule:
  You’ll receive your cō-Sip box every even-numbered month — February, April, June, August, October, and December.

• Shipping Timing:
  Your subscription ships on the second Thursday of each even-numbered month.

• Cutoff for Enrollment:

  • If you sign up before the 1st of an even-numbered month, you’ll receive the previous subscription box.

  • If you sign up on or after the 1st of an even-numbered month, your first box will be the current month’s delivery.
