Founded in 1767, Imayo Tsukasa has made sake their life’s work. The brewery name means “Master of Time” and their “Boken” line is rooted in the spirit of adventure. An elegant, refreshing aroma reminiscent of crisp green apples characterizes this sake. It’s a perfect example of how modern techniques can unlock surprising new dimensions in sake.
