Description

Founded in 1767, Imayo Tsukasa has made sake their life’s work. The brewery name means “Master of Time” and their “Boken” line is rooted in the spirit of adventure. This brew is a tribute to its home with an eye for the new generation. The special ingredient is the use of yeast strain No. 77, a hybrid of No. 7, the most widely used sake yeast in the world. This unique strain imparts an elegant aroma and a bold, complex flavor profile that stands apart.
