Description
The brewery is located in Shinya, Akita City, which is known as the “town of spring water” in Akita. “Heaven of Tipsy Delight” is carefully brewed over a two-year aging period in the brewery that has been used since the establishment of the company in 1908. This is sake created using fukuro-tsuri’s process (drip sake), by filling hanged cotton bags allowing them to drip without pressure, resulting in a transparent and clean tasteful experience. This bottle also won the silver medal in IWC (International Wine Challenge) 2021&2022 and had served in the first class of Japanese Airline. We recommend dishes that are not overly flavorful, such as seafood, vegetables, and white meats. It also pairs well with fruits and Japanese sweets.
